The transaction was structured with a 35-year fully amortizing term.
Whispering Hills is located in close proximity to the Sprint Campus, The College Boulevard business corridor and shops of Oak Park Mall and Town Center Plaza. In addition, the property offers convenient access to nearby park and recreation areas. Amenities include: well-equipped kitchens with granite counters, separate dining rooms, private patios with storage, washer and dryer connections, an on-site DVD library, numerous catered events, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center.
