NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta office arranges $30 million in financing for TreePark Apartments in Flowery Branch, Georgia

ATLANTA (March 24, 2015) – Bruce Foster, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta based regional office arranged $30 million in financing for TreePark Apartments, a 456-unit multifamily property in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The transaction was structured with a 7-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its Seller-Servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
