NorthMarq Capital arranges $13.775 million refinance of Meridian Center & Park at Doral in Miami, Florida

MIAMI (December 19, 2014) – Jeff Robertson, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami office finalized the $13.775 million refinance of Meridian Center & Park at Doral. Meridian Center is a four-story class “B” office building that contains 90,026 sq.ft. of net rentable area and a four-story parking garage. Doral Park is a three-story class “B” office building that contains 67,216 sq.ft. of net rentable area and a three-level parking garage. The transaction was structured with a 3-year term with 2-years interest only. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank.
