NorthMarq Capital arranges $1,191,000 refinance of Fillmore Gardens II in Hollywood, Florida

MIAMI (November 22, 2016) – Jordan Hopkins, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami-based regional office, arranged the $1,191,000 refinance of Fillmore Gardens II, a 19-unit multifamily property located at 2842 Fillmore Street in Hollywood, Florida. The transaction was structured with a 20-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
