NorthMarq’s Minneapolis office finalizes acquisition financing of $42.5 million for Farmingdale Apartments in Darien, Illinois

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA (May 13, 2019) – NorthMarq’s Minneapolis-based regional office arranged acquisition financing of $42.5 million for Farmingdale Apartments, a 240-unit multifamily property located in Darien, Illinois. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Fannie Mae.
