CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Northmarq’s Charlotte Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Managing Directors Ron Corrao and Eric Liebich successfully arranged the $4.6 million land sale for Cardinal Landing, a planned 92-lot infill townhome community located at 6218 Thermal Rd in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Northmarq represented the seller, a local nonprofit organization, and also sourced the buyer, Charlotte based Hopper Communities, a local developer with a significant track record of high quality for-sale and for-rent residential community development.
