OVERLAND PARK (August 1, 2013) – Greg Duvall, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq’s Kansas City regional office, arranged acquisition financing for Arwen Vista Apartments, a 296-unit market-rate Class A multifamily property located at 11505 Masterton Road in Mecklenburg, North Carolina. Financing was based on a 10-year term with 3 years interest only then a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its affiliate AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, LLC, a Fannie Mae DUS lender.
