The 284-unit property is located at 3132 North 186th Plaza in Elkhorn, Nebraska. The property is the newest luxury apartment community in Elkhorn. The transaction was structured with a 15-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
