NorthMarq’s Omaha office completes $36 million refinance of Antler View Apartments in Elkhorn, Nebraska

OMAHA, NEBRASKA (April 20, 2020) – John Reed, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Omaha office arranged the $36 million refinance of Antler View Apartments. The 284-unit property is located at 3132 North 186th Plaza in Elkhorn, Nebraska. The property is the newest luxury apartment community in Elkhorn. The property benefits from close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment and The Indian Creek Golf Course. 

The transaction was structured with a 15-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. 

Apartment amenities include: In-unit washer/dryer, private patio/balcony, pet-friendly policy, carpet, vinyl flooring, dining room, vaulted ceiling, walk-closets, linen closet, window coverings, large bedrooms, air conditioning, dishwasher, granite countertops, island kitchen, stainless steel appliances, oven, range, refrigerator and freezer.
