Arranged $2.5 Million Mortgage for Industrial Building in Sunrise, Florida

MIAMI (March 11, 2013) – Bill Johnson , senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Miami regional office arranged first mortgage refinancing of $2.5 million for 53 South Commerce Center, a 48,879 sq. ft. industrial building located at 10700-10798 NW 53rd Street in Sunrise, Florida. Financing was based on 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
