Sarah Vernon

Sarah Vernon is senior vice president, director of operations for Northmarq’s Investment Sales business, where she leads the operational strategy and execution supporting the company’s national commercial brokerage platform. In this role, she oversees a team of 70 professionals focusing on investment analysis, marketing, research, and administrative functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable support to Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales brokers.

Sarah is responsible for driving operational excellence across all facets of the Investment Sales business, including platform integration, resource planning, and cross-departmental collaboration. She works closely with executive leadership, sales management, and corporate partners in finance, HR, technology, and marketing to strengthen business performance, enhance client service, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Sarah joined Stan Johnson Company in 2010, where she advanced through a series of leadership roles before its acquisition by Northmarq in 2022. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to fostering collaboration, building trusted partnerships, and ensuring superior service to clients.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from Troy University.
