Maxwell Eaton

Max Eaton is a senior associate broker in Northmarq’s Charlotte office. He advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of net leased car washes, gas stations and other automotive retail properties nationwide, with a particular emphasis on structuring and executing sale-leaseback transactions.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Max worked as an investment sales advisor with Sands Investment Group in their Charlotte office. During his tenure, he played a key role in establishing the Charlotte office's car wash team in 2023. The team's primary focus was advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net leased car washes, structuring M&A deals and facilitating sale-leaseback transactions.

Max is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He graduated from The University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in finance, along with a minor in business data analytics.
