Jonathan Ameen is a vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Leveraging 10+ years of corporate business development, financial underwriting and transaction negotiation experience across multiple industries, he specializes in advising private equity firms, corporate owners and developer clients in the strategic management and monetization of their real estate holdings. Jonathan and his team combine in-depth real estate knowledge and corporate finance backgrounds with a trusted advisor approach to underwrite, identify and accomplish clients’ goals. 

Jonathan is a designated member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), which represents some of the most experienced and accomplished commercial real estate brokers worldwide. In addition, Jonathan is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Before Northmarq, Jonathan served as director at Stan Johnson Company’s corporate headquarters. During his tenure at Stan Johnson Company, he completed over $600 million in transaction volume. Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Jonathan worked with The Williams Companies, a Fortune 500 company where he developed and maintained long-term relationships with oil and gas producers by negotiating structured gathering and processing contracts. Jonathan's tenure with The Williams Companies provided extensive exposure to various facets of the corporate business cycle, including commercial development, credit underwriting, corporate investor relations and commodity trading negotiation.

Jonathan holds a M.B.A from Oklahoma State University and a B.S.B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Oklahoma.
