Jason Kinnison

Jason Kinnison is a loan production officer and co-managing director in Northmarq’s Omaha office. He is responsible for originating permanent financing through Northmarq’s correspondent life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and local banks. 

He joined Northmarq in 2006 as the senior analyst of the Omaha office. In 2010, he was promoted to associate producer and became a full-time producer in 2012. In 2015, he was named senior vice president, and since 2019, he has co-managed the Omaha office.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jason worked as an investment analyst for Capmark Finance (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage).
