Caleb Edwards is an associate in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. During his tenure on the healthcare-focused team, Caleb was responsible for managing the team’s listing of a portfolio of free-standing emergency department assets. Additionally, Caleb has extensive experience in Argus modeling and has developed a specialty focus in the multi-tenant medical office space, as well as working with owners, developers and physicians in their healthcare real estate needs. 

Before joining Northmarq, Caleb served as an associate at Stan Johnson Company, where he started as an investment analyst in 2019. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Caleb worked for Saint Francis Health System (SFHS) and was responsible for compiling and presenting all the health system's stats to executives for strategic decision making. Prior to working at SFHS, Caleb held several corporate finance positions at top Fortune 500 companies including Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) and Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX). 

Caleb holds an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University and a B.B.A. from Oral Roberts University. He holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of Oklahoma.
