Brendan Kane

Brendan Kane is a senior vice president based in Northmarq’s Fresno office, where he specializes in multifamily investment sales. With a career in marketing and sales for more than 15 years, Brendan has been involved in over $350 million in commercial real estate transactions throughout the Central Valley. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Brendan was vice president with The Mogharebi Group, a national multifamily investment firm, where he received the Top Producer Award in 2023 and 2022 and Trusted Advisor Award in 2022. Brendan has also been recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker Award winner from 2015–2023.  

Before The Mogharebi Group, Brendan also served as an associate director at Berkadia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA from California State University, Fresno.
