Pamela Wilkes

Pamela joined NorthMarq Capital in 1999 after working as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Chief Review Appraiser at US Bank. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Pamela is currently Vice President / Director of Underwriting in the Capital Services department where she is an approved Senior Underwriter for Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable and Seniors loans.
