Ory Schwartz

Ory Schwartz is senior vice president and managing director for both the Los Angeles and Miami offices of Northmarq. Ory joined Northmarq in 2001 and since that time has closed more than $3.5 billion in debt and equity transactions nationwide. 

Ory is a licensed real estate professional in both California and Florida. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in management from Tulane University and an master's degree in business administration from Emory University. His hobbies include hiking, traveling and spending time with his wife and four children.
