Jeffrey Frankel

Jeff serves as senior vice president/senior director in Northmarq's Chicago regional office. Jeff specializes in working with his existing developer base to place capital (debt and equity) on all types of income-producing real estate, as well as for new clients.

Jeff has been involved in the mortgage banking industry for over 30 years. He began with Cambridge Realty Capital, a Chicago based mortgage banking group, before transitioning to Heitman Financial's mortgage banking division in 1996. In July 2000, Jeff joined Baird & Warner where he worked until Northmarq acquired them in January, 2007.

Jeff is a graduate of Illinois State University where he received a B.S. in finance. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois.
