Lynn Chapman

Lynn Chapman, associate loan portfolio manager is responsible for the Surveillance Team which handles the inspections, financial analysis, watch list monitoring and draw requests for all of our lenders. She joined NorthMarq Capital in2010 as a lead Commercial escrow specialist, was promoted to escrow supervisor in 2011 and her current position in November, 2014. Lynn was a branch manager for a federal bank prior to NorthMarq. She is a graduate of Simpson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration and a minor in Management.
