Bill joined Northmarq Capital in June 2015 as a senior vice president. In this role, he serves as the agency chief underwriter for all of the Fannie Mae’s lending programs, including oversight of the affordable programs and other niche products. His office is located in Washington, DC.
Bill has nearly thirty years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Northmarq in 2015, Bill served as the chief underwriter for Prudential Mortgage Capital, Wachovia Multifamily Capital Group and its predecessor, AMI Capital, Inc. With over 19 years of lending experience, Bill has successfully underwritten a loan volume of over $18 billion in over 1,200 transactions. Prior to his career in lending, Bill provided consulting and valuation services for several regional and national appraisal companies for over ten years.
Bill holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University in Washington, DC. In 1991, he received his MAI designation for the Appraisal Institute.
