Doug joined NorthMarq in 2021 as an Investment Analyst. His responsibilities include underwriting, conducting market research, preparing loan packaging and assisting with the origination and closing of commercial real estate loans for the Westchester regional office.
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Doug was a Senior Analyst at Summer Street Advisors in Westport, CT. There he was directly involved in the underwriting and due diligence of commercial real estate transactions across all major asset classes. A 2018 graduate of the University of Connecticut, Doug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Real Estate.
