As Senior Investment Analyst at NorthMarq, Brittain Mandy sources debt and equity for multifamily investments. He performs cash-flow and document analysis during all steps of variously structured transactions, utilizing a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life-insurance companies, debt funds, banks, CMBS lenders, and credit unions. Since 2015, Brittain has facilitated over $2.5 billion of capital placement.
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Brittain held similar roles at JLL, Walker & Dunlop, and Mortgage Capital Investments, Inc. Currently located in Phoenix, Arizona, Brittain primarily focuses on multifamily investments in the Southwest, and has been involved in numerous transactions for all property types throughout the United States.
Brittain holds an MBA degree from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor degree in Natural Science and Mathematics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
