Steven Goldstein

Steven Goldstein joined Northmarq in 2020 as vice president of Investment Sales and is based in the Los Angeles office. Since 2015, Steven has primarily focused on middle-market properties throughout the Los Angeles and leads the team's business development efforts in this arena. In addition to his ability to foster new relationships, Steven is a creative thinker and skilled communicator. He is also well-versed in all facets of a sales transaction including location and submarket research, financial analysis and underwriting, operating budget analysis, due diligence review and contract negotiations.  

Previously, Steven was a senior director with Marcus & Millichap and was member of one of the highest producing team in the country within the company.

Steven has earned a reputation for his ability to proactively source proprietary opportunities and was honored by the Los Angeles Business Journal as their "Rookie of the Year" across all product types in 2017.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and he is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
