Gabe Tovar

Gabe Tovar advises investors and developers in the disposition of multifamily and build-to-rent assets throughout the United States.

As part of Northmarq's national advisory team, Gabe is engaged in all aspects with clients including valuation and modeling, positioning and pricing strategies, marketing, negotiation and closing. He serves as co-head of the Build-To-Rent Advisory Group and also partners with the firm’s Capital Markets and Development Services teams to help clients source land sites, structure capital and recapitalize or refinance assets upon stabilization. Gabe has been involved in over $1B of investment sales and development transactions throughout his career. With prior experience in asset management and valuation, he is known for his high attention to detail and a tenacity to deliver results.

Gabe is actively involved as a Young Leader within the Urban Land Institute and volunteers on a team leading expansion and real estate activities for a local church.
