About
Bayley Pinney joined NorthMarq Multifamily in October 2018, bringing nearly 10 years of investment sales experience in multifamily and commercial properties. She is responsible for managing all Kansas City investment sales transactions from start to sale on behalf of the team’s clients. As part of the Kansas City NorthMarq Multifamily team led by Jeff Lamott, Bayley will be the dedicated team contact for all of the multifamily marketing materials, best practices, and due diligence for the Kansas City office.

Bayley Pinney worked as a Client Services Specialist in the CBRE Kansas City Multifamily team from 2012 to 2018. She was responsible for creating marketing materials including offering memorandums, property websites, client updates, and reports. Bayley also maintained the team's client database and web presence. During her career, she has assisted in the marketing process of over 23,000 units, totaling more than $1.8 billion in consideration.
