About
Kelly joined NorthMarq Capital in 2018 as an investment analyst. Her responsibilities include underwriting real estate transactions, conducting market analysis, preparing loan packaging, and assisting loan origination for the Baltimore regional office. Previously, she was as an associate at Phillips Realty Capital in Washington, D.C.
A 2016 graduate of the University of Virginia, Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team which reached the NCAA Division I Final Four in 2014. During her playing career, she was named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll all four years and was named to the All-ACC Women’s Lacrosse Academic Team in 2015.
