Michelle Morgenstein

Michelle Morgenstein is a licensed professional with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on multifamily. She has worked every facet of the industry from on-site leasing, management, appraisal, investment sales, receivership & finance.

Michelle joined NorthMarq May 2020 as a Senior Transaction Manager for Multifamily Debt & Equity. She manages the transaction from loan application through closing; working closely with production, underwriting teams, borrowers, legal counsel and title/escrow.

Prior to joining NorthMarq, Michelle was the Transaction Manager for JLL Capital Markets for two years and a Closing Officer for Walker & Dunlop prior to that. Michelle spent 13 years at Colliers International where she worked the last six years in Asset Services doing Receiverships for under & non-performing multifamily, office and industrial properties. Prior to receiverships, she worked as an Analyst/Escrow Coordinator for a highly successful multifamily brokerage team, as well as Administrative Manager for Colliers’ North American appraisal operations.
