HOUSTON, TEXAS (November 9, 2022) - Warren Hitchcock, senior vice president/senior director of Northmarq's Houston debt/equity team, attended the Houston Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) on November 9, where he was featured as a speaker during a panel titled, "Where is money coming from?" The panel was moderated by Adam Weaver, counsel - Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Hitchcock was joined by Scott Ferguson, senior director of multifamily acquisition - Westmount Realty Capital, Douglas Dillard, CFO - DC Partners, and Cody Laughlin, founder/director of acquisition - Blue Oak Capital.

Numerous outside investors are picking the region to get top returns on their investments.

Topics covered in Hitchcock's panel included:

  • How are the capital market fundamentals currently and what is impacting the markets?
