DENVER, COLORADO (October 16, 2022) – ConnectCRE recently recognized Amy Ward, director of business intelligence & IT in Northmarq’s Denver office, as a recipient of its Women in Real Estate award. Ward was spotlighted for her work leading Stan Johnson Company (recently acquired by Northmarq) information technology solutions efforts aimed at providing proprietary data and intelligence to clients. Her initiatives helps clients make effective decisions, maximize value and efficiently execute their transactions. Ward was selected from hundreds of submissions for her leadership role and active involvement as a mentor and trainer.

Ward is known for her ability to drive into a project head-on, managing the people, budget, and deadlines associated with that project, and delivering outstanding results while proactively avoiding risk and pitfalls along the way.
