OMAHA (April 19, 2018) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president/senior director of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha regional office, secured the $7.7 million refinance of Wheatland Club Apartments, a 144-unit multifamily property located at 5617 Muirfield Drive SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 23-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
