NorthMarq Capital arranges $2.8 million acquisition of Wembley Apartments

CHARLOTTE (November 1, 2013) – T. Kevin Jenkins, vice president of NorthMarq’s Charlotte regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $2.8 million for Wembley Apartments, a multifamily conventional market asset located in Charlotte, N.C. The 101-unit property was structured with a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
