NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office finalizes $1.06 million refinance of Victory Place Center in Hebron, Kentucky

CINCINNATI (December 2, 2015) – Noah D. Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office and Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office secured the $1.06 million cash-out refinance of a 43,200 sq. ft. industrial property located at 1131 Victory Place Drive in Hebron, Kentucky. The long-term, fixed rate, non-recourse transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 20-year amortization schedule.
