DALLAS (November 13, 2015) – Bart Dickinson, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Dallas based regional office arranged acquisition financing for The Hartford Building, a 170,000 sq.ft. office property located at 400 North St. Paul Street in Dallas’ central business district. The transaction was structured with a 15-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. “This loan enabled the borrower the recapture some equity in the property and lock in a long-term 15-year loan at a sub four percent rate,” explained Dickinson.
