NorthMarq’s Salt Lake City office arranges acquisition financing of $11.44 million for Summerwood Apartments in Orem, Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (May 1, 2019) – Nate Barnson, vice president of NorthMarq’s Salt Lake City office, arranged acquisition financing of $11.44 million for Summerwood Apartments, a 72-unit student housing property located at 720 South 1200 West in Orem, Utah. The transaction was structured with ae 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
