SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (October 6, 2022) – Zar Haro, managing director, and Moses Siller, managing director of Northmarq’s San Antonio investment sales office, arranged the sale of Stonehill at Pipers Creek. The 292-unit multifamily property is located at 7940 Pipers Creek Street, San Antonio, Texas. Northmarq represented both the buyer, Hayden Glade, LLC, and the seller, Bluebonnet Asset Management, in the sale. 

“This is a trade that went through a wild transition in the marketplace and still stood up, thanks to all parties for making it a great experience,” said Haro.

Stonehill at Pipers Creek was built in 1985, fully renovated in 2011, and lies just west of I-410 in the Crown Meadows neighborhood.
