NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix office negotiates $2.75 million refinance of Quality Inn in Chandler, Arizona

PHOENIX – Griffin Martin, senior producer of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix regional office, arranged the $2.75 million refinance of a 70-room Quality Inn (limited service) located at 255 North Kyrene Road in Chandler, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a conventional loan at a competitive interest rate and term and replaced maturing debt. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
