CINCINNATI (March 16, 2016) – Susan Branscome, managing director and Noah D. Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office arranged the $1.25 million refinance of Park West Apartments, a 11-unit multifamily property located at 26-28 West Thirteenth Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance lender.
