DALLAS (October 3, 2017) – NorthMarq’s Dallas office secured financing of $10,868,900 for the acquisition of a 56-unit multifamily property located in Coppell, Texas. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 35-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its FHA/HUD platform.
