NorthMarq’s Denver office finalizes $5 million financing for Mission Grove – Building C in Riverside, California

DENVER, COLORADO (April 11, 2019) – NorthMarq’s Denver office arranged financing of $5 million for Mission Grove – Building C located at 7894 Mission Grove Parkway South in Riverside, California. The building, constructed in 2010, totals 41,000 sq.ft. and is 100 percent leased and occupied to a single tenant. It is situated in Mission Grove Corporate Plaza, a four-building office park with a total of 151,216 sq.ft. including Building C.

Paul Bruder, senior vice president, arranged the non-recourse financing for the borrower on a 5-year term through a regional bank.
