NorthMarq Capital arranges a refinance of $2.6 million for Filmore Gardens Apartments in Hollywood, Florida
MIAMI (June 8, 2016) – Jordan Hopkins, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami-based regional office, arranged a refinance of $2,627,000 million for the Filmore Gardens Apartments, a 38-unit multifamily property located at 2847 and 2851 Fillmore Street, Hollywood, Florida. The transaction was structured with a 5-year term with 1-year interest-only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
