SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (December 10, 2019) – John Bradshaw, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Salt Lake City office, arranged acquisition financing of $19.36 million for EsNet Portfolio – Riverwoods I, II and III. The portfolio of office properties is located at 5152 North Edgewood Drive in Provo, Utah. 

Financing Details:
- Permanent-fixed loan
- NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a credit union. 

Property Details:
- The portfolio of three office properties contains a combined 179,466 sq. ft.
