CINCINNATI, OHIO (July 24, 2019) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office arranged the $3.4 million refinance of Eastgate Professional Office. The 36,000 sq. ft. office property is located at 4358 & 4360 Ferguson Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 7-year term on a 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. 

"This was a unique property which was in lease-up and required tenant finish. Prepayment was flexible. We found the perfect lender for this transaction," said Branscome.
