MIAMI (October 13, 2015) – Bob Harrington, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Miami based regional office secured the $900,000 refinance of a 10,908 sq.ft. CVS property located at 8151 Wiles Road in Coral Springs, Florida. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 10-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank.
