SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (December 11, 2019) – Larry Pinnock, vice president of NorthMarq Salt Lake City-based regional office arranged the $9.106 million construction loan for The Commons. The mixed–use property will be located at 1242 Center Drive in Park City, Utah. NorthMarq arranged the construction loan for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank. The property contains 38 units.
