Randy Wolfe arranges $16 million construction loan for City Centre-AC Marriott in Huntsville, Alabama

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (January 21, 2017) – Randy Wolfe, Managing Director of NorthMarq’s Atlanta-based regional office arranged the construction loan for City Centre-AC Marriott, a 120-room hospitality property to be built in Huntsville, Alabama. The transaction was structured with a 3-year primary term interest-only with a 2-year extension option. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
