The new NorthMarq Client Portal will offer our commercial loan servicing customers secure online access for NorthMarq loan-related documents and information.
- Management of your NorthMarq loan correspondence and statements in one place: Securely upload documents, access billing statements, make changes to your ACH payments, request a payoff statement, and more.
- Personalized security for each registered user: Create a unique username and password to view loan information.
- Designated company loan administrators: You control who has access to loan-related documents and information on a loan-by-loan basis.
- Request other services: You can submit an online request to refinance, request a defeasance estimate, or sell or purchase a property right within the Client Portal.

Who can use the Client Portal?
This first phase of the Client Portal is open to any NorthMarq Loan Servicing borrower customer, whether we provide the full suite of services or limited services. You don’t need an account to request other services through the Portal, including refinancing, a defeasance estimate, assistance with a property sale, and more. The second phase of the Client Portal will add features for our lender clients.
More about the Designated Company Loan Administrator
You can designate one or more individuals to be your company’s Loan Administrator—the person who grants your team’s access to loan information in the Client Portal. With our enhanced security, your Loan Administrator can choose—loan by loan—who has access.
Current customers will receive information about the transition to the new platform and setting up accounts as the launch date nears.
