Jack White

Jack White is an associate within Northmarq's Investment Sales team, specializing in multifamily assets of Los Angeles. Collaborating with esteemed colleagues, Mike Hanassab and Elliot Hassan, Jack provides clients with meticulous services for multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. By working closely with Northmarq's Debt and Equity division, his team offers a full brokerage service that seamlessly integrates financing options to provide clients with a large variety of solutions.

Jack and his team hold an outstanding history of devoted support for each client's transactions. From the initial stages of underwriting and delivering broker opinion of value to the production of offering memorandum, Jack plays a key role in ensuring an effortless transition for his client throughout the entire transaction process. In addition to his professional achievements, Jack earned a degree in political science as a University of California, Los Angeles student-athlete. He was a member of the water polo team and contributed to various organizations, including UCLA's Pre-Law Society, Sports Business Association and Student-Athlete Mentor Program. Balancing the demands of student-athlete life, Jack has translated his discipline and dedication into his business expertise. He holds prestigious titles, including becoming a 2020 NCAA Division I National Champion, and has secured a position on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both UCLA and the Pac-12.
