About
Jaspaul joined Northmarq to open the Miami office in November 2022. In his current capacity, he is responsible for executing financing assignments, with a specialization in apartments and government agency lending programs.
Previously, Jaspaul had experience with various real estate asset classes and held capital markets roles at CBRE, Newmark and Arch Bay Capital, a fund manager specializing in opportunistic real estate debt investments. Prior to Arch Bay Capital, Jaspaul held a business development role at S&P Global. He has participated in the sale, purchase and financing of real estate assets totaling in excess of $6 billion.
Jaspaul graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
