NorthMarq’s Atlanta office negotiates $24.5 million acquisition financing of Plaza Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (March 1, 2018) – Randy Wolfe, Managing Director of NorthMarq’s Atlanta-based regional office, negotiated the $24.5 million refinance of Plaza Mall of Georgia, a 96,960 sq. ft. retail property located at 3333 Buford Drive NE in Buford,  Georgia. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 3-years of interest-only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national CMBS lender.
