Northmarq arranges $13,792,000 refinance of Gables at Wolf Creek in Macon, Georgia
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 19, 2023) — Mark Ebersold, vice president of Northmarq’s Charlotte/Raleigh debt and equity team arranged the $13.79 million refinance for Gables at Wolf Creek. The 82-unit rental community is located at 5226 Forsyth Road in Macon, Georgia. The internal refinance was structured on a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its Optigo status as a Freddie Mac lender.
Gables at Wolf Creek is a rental community that provides class A patio-home style accommodations. The town of Macon recorded a population of 156,197 as of July 1, 2022, and is home to five notable college campuses including Mercer University.
